Overview
In this section of my website, you will find a selection of projects that I have worked on. Some built specifically for this portfolio, others born from coursework or professional needs, and a few that simply started as curiosity and grew from there.
They range from AI agents to complete ML applications solving real-world problems, but they have in common that they always taught me something I didn't expect to learn. Whether it's the concept of reverse proxies or how different coordinate reference systems work.
Each project gets its own detailed article covering the introduction, workflow, development process, and the challenges I faced.
Feel free to explore whatever catches your eye.
Forest Health Analysis
This project investigates forest degradation in the Black Forest National Park using Sentinel-2 satellite data and unsupervised machine learning. It combines temporal feature engineering, K-Means clustering, and topographic analysis to identify and characterize degraded forest areas — ultimately pointing toward bark beetle infestation as the likely driver.
Automated Weekly AI Newsletter
This project delivers a personalized weekly newsletter powered by a self-hosted n8n instance, an open-source AI workflow automation framework. It aggregates selected RSS feeds, summarizes key stories, and compiles them into a digest tailored to my interests.
